I got a text message from an unknown number of a woman walking in the sunset at the beach. I replied “wrong number”
I wasn’t expecting a response but after I sent that message she replied instantly.
“Oops, I’m really sorry! This was supposed to go to my friend Mia— I didn’t mean to send it to you. Sorry for the mix-up, and I hope you’re not bothered. You’re such a gentleman – so kind and friendly! May I introduce myself? I’m Alice. What’s your name?”
Is this some sort of romance scam? The area code is from southern california
